The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent organisation whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and to provide them with assistance.The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mubi Office is looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy below:Job Title: Water and Habitat EngineerLocation: Mubi, AdamawaMain ResponsibilitiesSupports the Water and Habitat Delegate in the assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of ICRC Water & Habitat activities in the area of responsibilityProvides training, support, monitoring of partners (i.e. National Society staff, technical departments of local authorities, contractors) as requiredAttends to meetings with other actors involved in the field of Water and if required (coordination, networking).Ensures follow-up of LOG supply chain (ROs, purchases, contracts, stock management & replenishment, Quality control, etc.).Establishes a comprehensive technical report on a completed Water and Habitat projectProvides input to operational reports (assessments, Quarterly reports)
