We are opening new outlets in Lagos and looking for high-flying individual who shares the values of hard work, commitment and integrity and places high premium on personal development and career growth.Job DescriptionImplement drawings and concepts developed by architects within stipulated time frame and budgetEnsure projects are executed to details and standards specified by architects in the drawingsPrepare project schedule with key milestones that will be used to measure the progress of the projectEnsure integration of changes to the project that may arise during project executionManage and coordinate the activities of the main and subcontractors working on a project, ensuring that progress is continues recorded, standards and drawings are being adhered to and escalating when it appears agreed milestones will not be metPrepare and submit periodic progress status reportsPeriodically update the to-do list as the need arisesEnsure projects are executed within budget and according to agreed specificationSecure building permits and licenses required for project executionPropose update to project implementation methodology based on project experience and research based on experience from a concluded/ongoing project or researchCompile and submit lessons learnt on project completion, to effectively help improve time, quality, cost etc on future projectsManage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureParticipate actively in team and design meetingsPut in extra hours when needed to achieve quick turnaround/ meet deadline/ minimize time loss when own responsibility is on project critical path
