The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Business Development team whose primary role is promotion of company’s brand and services to the consumer and medical audiences. This covers all internal and external corporate communication, the planning and execution of marketing functions, including marketing content and materials; media presence monitoring and follow-up, as well as marketing campaigns and any type of public event.Role and Responsibilities: Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategyEnsuring effective, branded marketing communications including marketing materials with appropriate content, the company website, print communication and social media.Ensuring effective communication internally as wellManage projects such as PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns, medical fraternity events, clinical shows and exhibitionsLiaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, On-line, Media Buyers, Medical PublicationsLiaise with all department Managers in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas e.g. GP Booklet, Patients Booklet etc.Ensure effective communication with same Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updatesProtects Organization by delivering media reports and by keeping information confidentialAssists in recruitment, training, mentoring and supervision of commercial executivesWorks closely with Business development team to support programs and initiatives with specific focus on adding business value in the long term.Assess risks and make recommendations for mitigationMonitor market trends, exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitabilityIdentifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with themManage creation and distribution of Internal Newsletter (Spotlight on Staff) for internal communication within hospital.Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and traffic analytics, delivering timely reports which document and quantify the impact of marketing efforts Attributes Sought: A bright creative mind, social media savvy and a philosophy of collaboration and teamwork.Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record of media and content development, as well as meeting business growth targets Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledgeA self-starter, results-oriented personalityTolerance for complex, ambiguous, and ever-shifting environments, including a matrix management structureHigh level of knowledge of Hospital clinical services
