 JOB DESCRIPTION   •  Impose group rules and definitions that guarantee fully alignment of customer management, base reporting.•  Perform Subscriber base reporting and ensure accurate deliverables, aligned with monthly closing time table and finance reporting cycle.•  Ensure definitions alignment across company units (Acquisition, Loyalty & Retention).•  Define process to accommodate new launched services and promotions and guarantee Their impact on current definitions. •  Understand business information requirements and define a set of reports and analysis required to support the requirements. •  Set daily tracking reports of KPIs compared to forecasts and targets.•  Define data access policies and procedures with alignment with group business risk management.•  Drive the implementation of group BI projects across OPCOs and liaise with vendors to accommodate best technologies with respect to defined/Communicated budget. •  Monitor and ensure standards are being adhered to. •  Guide and support the OPCO BI teams to implement the BI functions. •  Design and maintain KPI’s in reporting tool (e.g. Micro strategy) •  Ensure the integrity of data from source vs the data warehouse. •  Design and publish reports.•  Setup the security of access to data.•  Support business in data analysis and queries.•  Support revenue assurance data requirements. •   Analyse the market and competition, customer behaviour and customer satisfaction. •    Perform quantitative and qualitative research. •    Gather and report on key market and performance indicators.•    Investigate and recommend pricing.•     Evaluate product performance. •     Examine channel performance and recommend improvements •     Recommend relevant products and promotions. •     Measure communication performance. •     Support the development of the marketing plan.•    Support the development of the Opco business plans.•    Direct, organize, and lead BI workstream projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems. •    Identifies and provides input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on the group wide BI systems.•    Set Business Intelligence performance objectives, in alignment with the commercial Strategy, and continuously monitor progress and development  towards organizational targets. •   Lead the Business Intelligence team and provide leadership, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in performance and contribution
