If you have the Passion for customer relations you are just what we are looking for at our company.Responsibilities Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.Perform Front Desk Administration when needed.Generate sales leads.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.The customer service department is responsible for every customer relationship and services, the customer service representative will also be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.Providing professional service to customers and liaising with key parties including third party suppliers and other company departments.Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.Constantly review working processes with partner companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are in line with competitors.Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge.Work in conjunction with the Customer Services Team Leader, which will require you to produce reports and statistics for meetings.Writing reports for management and delivering presentationsAttracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Effectively manage large amounts of incoming callsRespond to customer requests and purchases on all communication channels including telephone and social mediaBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationMeet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotasKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesResponding to emergencies' notificationReceiving external and internal callsPerforming other related duties as required
