·       Resolves service problems by clarifying the client's or service prover’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution.·  Learn the business procedures and processes· Maintains customer by solving the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.· Independently ensured that daily tasks and on-going workloads are prioritized and completed within agreed timescales.· Screening and re-routing calls, and processing general correspondence as necessary, other duties may be assigned.· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.· Act as the company gatekeeper.· Work with customer service head to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.· Make necessary contribution to the sustenance of the TalktomeDoc brand by providing high quality customer care to all    TalktomeDoc service users and providers.· Maintain leadership in the Telehealth/Start up landscape by keeping abreast of relevant industry news and notifying the team    as appropriate.· Enhance/expand TalktomeDoc role in the larger national macro environment by participating in recognized professional    institutions etc.· Sustain the right organisational culture and behaviours by demonstrating the vital behaviours every time
