Based in Lagos, we are looking for a customer-oriented service professional with superior communication skills and a great work ethic.He or she will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. The person in this role must also be someone who is genuinely excited to help customers – must be patient and empathetic. It must be someone who loves to talk and can put him- or herself in our customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.Our target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls and develop a rapport with customersGenerate sales through excellent customer serviceIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet customer service call handling quotasHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions and process customer accountsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customers
