Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.Candidates should have classroom and online training experience. Must be able to create training documentation such as job aids, learner guides, help files, etc. Must be adept at learning new subject areas quickly and effectively. Must have classroom management skills and be willing to learn new learning and development technologies and skillsets. Previous training experience with technical subject is necessary.
