A description of the role and specifics of responsibilities are provided below.Role TitleAdministrative Executive DescriptionThe Administrative Executive oversees all administrative functions of the office with guidance from the Managing Director/Team Leader: ensures effective and efficient functioning of the office; provides administrative support to the team; facilitates knowledge building and management; contributes to the relationship management and marketing effort of the Company; and maintains full confidentiality in all aspects of information flow, responsibilities and tasks. The Administrative Executive must also embody the core values and overall Brand Experience of the Company during every interaction with clients, at all the Company’s channels and touch points.
