Responsibilities:The person will Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errandsResponsible for organizing and schedule meetings and appointmentsWork closely with the company's HR to maintain office policies as necessaryTo organize office operations and proceduresTo Coordinate with IT department on all office equipmentThe person will manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeThe person will manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office leaseThe person will manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reportingAnd provide general support to visitors and other duties assigned
