Due to internal expansion, they are looking to hire experienced and qualifiede candidate to fill the position below:Job Title: Training and Development ManagerLocation: LagosReports to: Head, Business OperationsJob SummaryThe Training manager will be responsible for organization, management, development, customization and facilitation of training and training modules, management of training quality and training budgets, preparation of post training feedback, documentation of training processes and supervision of training reports and post training feedback.Job ResponsibilitiesWrite Training proposals for Clients briefsDevelop and implement training programs for ClientsCustomize department training strategies or modulesContinually modify, revise, and update the content of existing training programs to fit current trend.Produce training materials, manuals or documentation and multimedia visual aidsUse audio visual aids, computers, and teaching applicationsManage a training budgetClient/Internal Training Workshop Quality ManagementEnsures adequate preparation and flawless execution of workshop, logistics and post training/workshop activities and that desired standard /quality is maintained and enhanced.Support facilitators at training workshops for Clients and the organization by providing general administrative support.Prepare post training feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishmentsDocument all work processes and activities to ensure that knowledge is effectively captured and managed.Business Development:Acquiring new clientsGrowing existing client business and ensuring zero attritionGrowing the bottom-line by offering a mix of diverse service offering to a diverse audienceImproving on service offering by continually developing new productsMaintain processes that ensure optimal relationship managementEnsure repeat business
