The role reports directly to The Agency Head and will be responsible for managing and growing our already significant customer base.Working with our client requires a can-do, take charge attitude, tons of energy, passion and enthusiasm for work, an insatiable appetite to learn new things, and an excellent sense of humour. You need to love the challenges and atmosphere of a fast-moving and ambitious environment.Responsibilities and DutiesThe Team Lead has four areas of responsibility1. Planning, Analyzing, EvaluatingPartner with clients for strategic and executional needsCollaborate with the Account Executives and Managers on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for clients.Review, analyse and evaluate the following; relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.2. Team Leading, Coordinating, ManagingProvide leadership within the agency on behalf of the client and prepare all client briefs.Be in the driver seat of the marketing team with a hands-on approach to make sure the team reaches its goals and targets.Monitor all budget, research and production activity on assigned accounts and communicate status of each project direct reports in order to meet project deadlines.Manage a support team responsible for managing existing Accounts and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts with a clear focus on generating more leads.3. Project ManagementProvide and maintain projects status - liaising with producers and teams, media and third party staff to provide accurate updates of client project.4. Marketing & SalesAs assigned, coordinate, lead and manage new business presentationsSeek new opportunities to add value to existing clientsWork closely with the senior management team to communicate marketing strategies and incorporate sales feedback into campaign planning
