Acegoals Integrated Solutions - Our client, a firm in the Real Estate sector, seeks qualified candidates to fill the role below:Job Title: Sales/Marketing ExecutiveLocation: LagosSummaryAs a Sales/Marketing Executive, you are responsible for identifying potential new clients and working with them to build up a relationship with the goal of understanding their investment objectives then helping them manage their wealthResponsibilitiesMarketing and sales of our productsCreating and developing new ways to communicate the company’s message to our new and existing customersContributing to annual sales and marketing plansPreparing weekly and monthly marketing plansEvaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activitiesSupporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activitiesProspecting- generating prospects lists weekly and increasing the list continuallyDirects product research and developmentMonitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.Monitor progress and submit performance reports weekly/monthlyDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry-level staff into valuable salespeopleCross selling investment productsUp selling luxury building projectsCreating opportunities for and delivering presentations at luxury events in order to close sales.
