The person will be mainly responsible for coordinating Sales support actions, implementing the Sales Force Growth Plan (SFGP) / Strategy for Nigeria, communicating with Area Sales Managers, communication and operational implementation of Sales support actions.Your ResponsibilitiesRegional and local Sales support projects coordination, implementation, follow-up and analysis.Development of new Business Accessories for Nigeria according to Global rules based on Sales action calendar and briefs from Sales and Marketing Manager.Administration of online surveys required for Sales Force Growth Analysis.Implement agreed action plans based on survey results.Align with regional team to create specific Sales action plans tailored to Nigerian market.Follow up and cooperation with Creative Team in Recruitment Campaign concepts and communication execution.Cooperation with Field Sales in terms of developing new ideas that support recruitment and Sales force growth, timely creation of all market briefs/actions and interfacing with multifunctional departments.
