Dragnet Solutions Limited is a dynamic Information Technology company that specializes in the design, development and implementation of innovative people screening solutions.We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Sales OfficerLocation: LagosJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the Sales Unit and monitor all the Unit's concerns on a day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement according to the company’s annual goals.The manager is to coordinate, direct and manage his/her direct report and everyday Unit activities to deliver profit and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales optionsSell products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutionsMaintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvementsIdentify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitorsPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationMaintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
