Our solutions travel with you or stay where you want them-in the cloud, on-premises, or both-giving you the freedom to work where you need.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Recruitment ConsultantJob ID: 2017-15376Location: NG-LagosCategory: Professional ServicesPosition Type: Full-timeOverviewSage HR and Payroll is Recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Finance and/or IT Industry.We require an above average candidate with a proven track record of Executive level placement experience and excellent Headhunting skills.ResponsibilitiesHeadhunting for Senior level candidatesNew business generation and client development with specific focus in the Finance and/or IT IndustryMeet sales/gross profit targets in line with dashboardDeal with speculative calls, aftercare and service callsClient visits - new and service - identify and follow up business leadsWrite and place advertisementsClient Management:Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobsQualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive requirements in line with key processes and legislationGather info on client - decision maker and no of employeesNetwork internally and externally with clientsBenchmark for clients - salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activityJob DescriptionCandidate Management:Candidate control - keep in regular contact to review progress and performancePre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviewsCoach candidates on interview skills / Skills testingSpec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request.Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requestsProvide information to candidates on clients and job specificationsOther:Administration duties including; Criminal checks, verification of qualifications, obtaining bank details, dealing with timesheets, payroll queries and amendments, tracking credit checks, and reference checkingCapture info / calls / bookings correctly on CRM - update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to rulesManage own PDPEnsure records are kept in line with legislative requirementsCarry out work instructions in line with Key Processes
