Job Role: Project Manager – Software Implementation Manager Reports to: Regional Project Lead Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage and coordinate all project plans and deliverables.Interpret project contracts and scope of work to align with clients’ expectation and project deliverablesCoordinate and communicate to all stakeholders agreed project plans and deliverables to ensure alignment with all parties involvedWork with SMEs to develop project deliverables and manage assessmentsManage time and resources within agreed project plans and delivery schedules Ensure efficient utilization of all required personnel, budgets and resources to meet the expected project schedules, budgets and standards.Manage day-to-day project activities including management of client and company relationships to ensure project goals and objectives are fully met.Liaise with the project administration to ensure timely invoicing, submission and payment of invoices within agreed timelinesProvide training on project implementation tool as required for the success of a project Manage project budgets and ensure that cost projections and targets are not exceeded during project implementation.Interface with IT for software deployments and other client requirements for project tool enhancements.Ensure reports are prepared and received by all stakeholders based on agreed schedulesProvide support to clients throughout and after project Make recommendations to management on possible sales leads detected during or after execution of projects.Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and team members. Passionately promote other company’s products and services in the course of project and sniff out sales opportunities with clients and prospects.
