Our software solutions can be classified into two; application software and middleware solutions. We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Product ManagerLocation: Lekki, LagosJob Type: Full TimeRole SummaryThe Product Manager will be responsible for generating product requirements; determining specifications; production timetables; pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDraw up product strategyDevelop product requirements and roadmapsLeading Business Analysts and coordinating with Service Delivery, Business Development and other teamsIncorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reachCommunicating product direction and visionCollect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end productsWork with senior management to create product plans and roadmapsEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduleMake creative recommendations to expand product base and visionSuggest ways to track product use and impact on end usersDevelop and implement product strategies consistent with company visionProvide guidance to the team based on management directionCoordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentationFamiliarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performanceTrack and monitor product delivery in line with standard product development lifecycleParticipate in Scrum activitiesSteady refinement of product backlogPreparation of product documentations, requirements documentations, technical documentations etc.Coordinate and facilitate product usability testingConducting market research and surveys (in collaboration with Market research team) to validate ideas and concepts before implementationEnsures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.Works with client personnel to identify required changes.Communicates needed changes to development team.Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients or usersAcknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.Generates enthusiasm among team members.Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.Identifies critical issues with ease.Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problemsManage and mentor team membersParticipate in the requirement/hiring process of team membersAny other responsibilities as may be assigned by your line manager
