MasterMindsHRSG Consulting – Our client, a big player in the Media industry, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: LagosJob DescriptionEnsure the smooth and efficient running of the company office at all times.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and ensure delivery of invoices to clients.Day to day accurate bookkeeping.Keeping track of invoices and payment status of each.Keeping company records and files up-to-date.Managing petty cash/float. Disbursement and record keeping of same for diesel, stationery, transport e.t.cKeeping record of all company transactions and working on financial accounts along with company auditor on a quarterly basis.Liaising with potential clients via telephone, email and occasionally in person.Liaising with contractors and vendors that service the company and ensure seamless delivery of service and payment for same.
