Growth in Value Alliance (GV Alliance) Partners is a business advisory and market intelligence services firm Our objectives are to assist organizations to achieve their growth aspirations by providing market intelligence, strategy formulation and implementation expertise and business operation improvement skills.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: LagosJob DescriptionMaintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing, managing and controlling meeting Memos and correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply and office need requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports on DATA and general management of office documents.Be the GO-TO person as it relates to all administrative documents and processes within the office.Be the executive assistant to the MD and ensures adequate management of calendar, meetings and all major activities.
