This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.Assisting Programme staff to develop baseline and endline data collecting tools for each project site in the ProgrammeMonitoring Programme activities and carrying out quality assurance spot checks on each project siteSupport NRC assessmentsInitiation and implementation of a complaints handling mechanismDevelopment of case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the projectWorking with Programme staff to design and adopt reporting formats required by the NRC system (GORS).Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents as requiredInvestigate and facilitate introduction of new technology, methods and approaches in order to improve the quality of the activitiesCritical interfacesBy interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons.
