We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Marketing & Front Desk RepresentativeLocation: LagosJob DescriptionWe are looking for a pleasant and Good looking Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. And will also be responsible for our Marketing both online and offline.The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.ResponsibilitiesKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Greet and welcome guestsAnswer questions and address complaintsAnswer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messagesReceive letters, packages etc. and distribute themPrepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.Check, sort and forward emailsMonitor office supplies and place orders when necessaryKeep updated records and filesWill be responsible for creating and managing the company's social mediaHandle online marketing and offline for the companyMonitor office expenses and costsTake up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)Take up marketing role and also serves as the managing director's personal assistant.Marketing:Create awareness and develop the brand.Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships.Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns, source advertising opportunities and place adverts online, produce creative content, including videos and blog posts, run social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.Source and secure clients.Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.Maintain and update customer record.Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.Develop relationships with property owners, agents and clients both internal and external.
