Crown Agents is an international development company delivering capacity building and institutional development services in procurement, public financial management, revenue enhancement and expenditure management. We are recruiting to fill the below position:Job Title: Manager - Administration and FinanceLocation: NigeriaJob Type: Full Time/ Part Time Contract start date: October 2018Duration: 5 yearsAdditional information: This role is subject to successful bid.About the RoleThe jobholder will be one of the key personnel responsible for the Operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse by:Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehousesProviding storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility usersCarrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practicesResponsibilities As the Manager of Finance and Administration your specific responsibilities will be to:Prepare annual budget covering revenues and costs for the operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical WarehouseEnsure the collection of pertinent cost information (relating to staff time, utilities, and other expenditures) to accurately reconcile actual expenditures to budgeted expenditures on a year to-year basisPrepare annual management accounts, financial statements and works with auditors to prepare audited financial statements
