To this effect, Havana has since grown to become one of the best hospitals in Nigeria and has been acknowledged by several awards and prestigious recognition. We are recruiting to fill thw position below:Job Title: Human Resource ManagerLocation: Surulere, Lagos.Job DescriptionsThe Human Resource Manager would be charged with not just recruiting permanent and contractual staff of the organization but especially to help the staff strength grow professionally and creating an enabling work environment to enable them meet the changing demands of a progressive/dynamic 21st century work environment; promoting a good work culture that not only welcomes but also recognizes the input of people irrespective of their ethnicity, religion, skin color, gender, age, marital status or even disability status as the case may be.Responsibilities and DutiesTo maintain/regulate the working structure by updating job roles, descriptions, and specifications for staff at all levels.Overseeing the recruitment/hiring of new individuals to the hospital’s workforce whenever the need arises.Conduction of orientation programs for new intakes.Getting employees ready  and equipped at all times to deliver organizational assignment.Handling employees’ grievances and settling inter-personal disagreements between staff whenever such arise.Ensuring legal compliance of the organization to relevant governmental human resource requirements.Keeping account of historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; preserving past/current records.Liaising with the accounting dept. in planning, preparing, executing and monitoring staff remuneration in accordance with their role and work input.Getting and maintaining optimum results from workforce; monitoring and appraising job, counselling if need be, and undertaking disciplinary measures when members of staff don’t live up to expectation.
