Adherence to stringent ethical standards, make Riddle capable of optimally satisfying the needs of its clients.Riddle Technologies Limited is currently recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR/Admin InternLocation: LagosJob DescriptionManaging employee’s data using Microsoft application and HR Softwares.Assist in the recruitment processProcessing of staff requests and administer memos to staff, departments and external stakeholders.Register new staff on the electronic clocking machine and assist on the onboarding sessions for new hiresFiling of incoming or outgoing correspondence/documentsBook travel arrangementsProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to managementMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systemOpen, sort and distribute incoming correspondencePerform data entry and scan documentsFilling of documents into employee filesDevelop and maintain a filing systemOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsManage calendar for Managing DirectorAssist in resolving any administrative problemsAssist in management of company’s vehiclePerform other related duties as may be required.
