.Adexen Recruitment Agency – Our client an international manufacturing Company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates for the position below:Job Title: HR Business Partner – Fluent Efik Language SpeakerReference No.: 1320Job Description:The main responsibility of the HR Business Partner will evaluate strategic business priorities in order to develop, integrate, deliver and manage fit for purpose HR strategies for the business.He/she will influence, facilitate and implement HR solutions using a consultative approach to address key business needs.Responsibilities and Duties:Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development and employee engagement.Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practiceEnsure compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislationSupport talent development management programs through effective succession planning, talent rotation, performance & C&B managementDevelop and organize individual capability through effective change strategies, refine organization structures if necessary and ensure appropriate plans are implemented.Drive the performance management process – intervening where necessary to improve management and team effectivenessWork in partnership with the operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.Assist designated functional heads with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with people plans e.g. performance management, career managementProvide HR data reporting and analysis to satisfy routine and ad-hoc organizational requirements and key HR analysis e.g. headcountSupport and maintain organizational charts, tracking and expat managementDrive key HR initiatives and contribute actively towards development of sound recruitment practices to meet hiring needs timely and effectively
