Job Description: – Develop & update the startup strategy document – Ensure the smooth running and operation of the incubators – Define, articulate and implement selection process for entry and/or admission into the accelerator programs – Design and deliver the accelerator programs for startups – Operationalize the partnership framework for startups i.e. identify & engage relevant partners responsible for the delivery of the accelerator programs, infrastructure partners for the provision of relevant infrastructure i.e. internet connectivity etc.
. – Track & monitor effectiveness of the accelerator programs and identify improvement areas – Identify and engage potential investors and/or funders for the startups undergoing the accelerator programs – Report on an on-going basis performance against targets to the Executive Secretary – Conduct on-going development needs assessment of the incubators, budget and relevant work plan – Champion research on key startup challenges and distil key implications for the Fund – Conduct periodic reporting of progress with the programs
Minimum Qualification: – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Knowledge & Skills: – Good knowledge and understanding of the Start-up context in Nigeria – Has overseen donor funded program (Added advantage) – 8 years minimum experience – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both written and Oral) – Excellent project Management Skills
