Vasiti Dotcom, is a one-stop platform that helps members of the student community easily find and conveniently get connected to everything they need around their campus including buyers for anything they want to sell, sellers for goods they want to buy, customers for their services, service vendors or service providers for any kind of service they need and relevant information in real time.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Head of SalesLocation: LagosJob DescriptionAchieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands customer database and ensure a strong brand presence.Recruiting, training, setting goals and monitoring performance of sales team including campus reps.Understanding customer needs and reflecting this in the sales strategyPrepare and manage all sales document and forecast.Review, analyze and constantly improve sales strategy to ensure increase in customer base.Monitor and understand trends in the industry and keep up with trends.Advice management on best practices as concerned with sales.Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts.Identify and analyze competitors.Prepare and manage the Go-To market strategy for new markets.Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the product is adhering to brand promises.Interact with customers and devise means of getting feedback to help make better decision.Understand and monitor the interaction between customers and product.Monitor the ROI on each marketing strategy.Work with the social media and digital marketing team and contribute to campaigns.Monitor and manage PR and media strategies and advise the company on best practices.
