Established in 1994, ARM started operations as a traditional asset management company specialising in the management of quoted equities and fixed income securities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Head of SalesLocation: NigeriaJob SummaryFunctioning as the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for Mixta Nigeria, the successful candidate would be responsible for defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for country operations. Supervision of the Nigerian subsidiary's Sales Force comprising Sales Associates.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities for the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing are:Set overall strategy for sales and marketing of individual projects (which channels to use, lead management, etc) with senior managementDefine the target customers’ segmentationIncorporate market and competitor knowledge into sales strategies including pricing structure and product positioning through internal and external sourcesRepresent the company at various networking and/or business meetings to promote company projectsDefine themes of overall capability building programs for external brokers and internal sales staffCarry out target setting process for sales staff yearlyDesign and implement marketing campaigns for individual project in partnership with marketing office at HQRecruit and manage external sales agentsEvaluate market research, monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities, and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditionsReport sales and marketing operations to senior managementDevelop and nurture business relationships that will increase Mixta's profile and market reachEnsure recruitment, training and retention of a well-trained and motivated sales forceKey Deliverables:Sales and Marketing Plan: Defined customer segments, value proposition for each segment, sales channels, pricing, promotion and sales targetsMonthly Sales and marketing report: Articulates actual vs sales targets as well as ongoing challenges and corrective actions that need to be takenOther RequirementsSkill Requirements for this role:Excellent understanding of real estate market and customer needs.Good knowledge of local real estate market and consumer segments.Knowledge of project financeStrong grasp of the country’s marketExperience developing sales and marketing strategiesExperience in real estate marketing would be an added advantage
