Our solutions/ initiatives are largely influenced by market insights, a prerequisite to all projects undertaken.Our client, a direct marketing communications Agency is looking to hire Head of Agency to help meet their ambitious growth objectives in the marketing industry.As the Head of Agency, you will be responsible for the development and leadership for the agency's strategic practice, reporting directly to the MD/C.E.O of a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the strategic marketing development for some of the most recognized brands in the world.In addition, you d be typically responsible for helping to build and grow awareness of The Agencys Brand by acting as an outward facing thought leader, maintaining and growing The Agency's business and client base on an ongoing and project basis; create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients; develope strategic solutions and plans that best fit the agency and clients needs. Responsibilities and DutiesMajor areas of responsibilities1. Business LeadershipDefine project scope, estimate and write proposals; co-oridnate service providers in the creation of project specifications and time plans.Identify and develop target list of clients and partnersUnderstand business objectives, challenges and opportunities of target and industryResponsible for departmental vision, structure, and management while providing leadership, accountability, and mentorship to brand strategy.Be the agencys lead brand evangelist, embodying Impacts core values and differentiating perspectivesMaintain and develop prospective client and key strategic partners networkDevelop integrated marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the clients marketing and business goals and objectivesGenerate and drive insight for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiencesManage agency strategy efforts and projects, involved with projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines.2. Strategic Project managementDevelop integrated marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the clients marketing and business goals and objectivesGenerate and drive insight for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiencesDesign, execute and manage researchManage measurement, analytics, data gathering, and reporting for clients and agencyProvide strategic branding thought leadership and expertise to expand business relationshipsOversee development of marketing plans and creative briefsTraining and developing staff (direct reports), and influencing cross-functional internal partners to create and execute effective research, analysis, and strategy3.
