Great Consulting, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:Job Title: Head, Human Resources & AdminLocation: Any city, NigeriaJob Ref: HDRAO1/2017Job Objective(s)Design, implement and maintain best practice Human Resources management structures, policies and procedures for and on behalf of the Organization to optimize work force productivity and efficient manpower managementJob ResponsibilitiesMeet Organisation's manpower requirements by recruitment, employee services, resourcing, learning & development.Implement Balance Score card and ensure alignment in the organizationDevelop and implement performance management, competency management and career development strategy, policies, procedures and processes to enable the achievements of the Organisation's mandate and strategic objectivesManage all labour related mattersDevelop and update the job descriptions for all jobs in the agency and update person specifications for the jobsDevelop HR planning strategies in line with Organisation's strategiesPromote and communicate organisational values and style Ensure competitiveness of existing compensation and benefits packageFacilitate the staff appraisal and performance assessment exercisesCustodian of HR manual and responsible for interpretation and implementation of the HR policies and proceduresEnsure consistency in the implementation of HR policies and proceduresDevelop and administer annual departmental budget, monitor departmental budget performance/expendituresRetain exclusive access into Organisation's payroll systemOversee the induction programme for new staffProvide coaching and mentoring to direct reportsPerform other duties as may be assigned by the GM, Shared Services and Managing
