Prior to this, Xerox business has been managed by Rank Xerox (Nigeria) Limited for over twenty- two (22) years.Xerox H.S (Nigeria) Limited has her Head Office in Lagos at No 12/14 Fatai Atere Way Matori where a stream of experts are located, able to work with customers to provide the exact solution to their documents management requirements.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Group Product Manager Location: LagosJob PurposeThe Group Product Manager is a key member of the XHS Product Management team and will be responsible for all the group products and solutions offerings and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure that XHS maintains a superior position in the market share of the various product groups.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual operating plans for the various product categoriesFormulate strategies and tactics to achieve sales volume and market share objectives.Constantly monitor product performance and make recommendation to management on ways of achieving plan.Develop and review pricing plans in the light of competitive activities, economic issues and costs.Plan, execute and monitor appropriate promotional activities and support programs for the product categories.Lead the Product Launch Team to ensure successful introduction that will lead to expanded MIF base.Produce discounts and margin analysis with a view to recommending appropriate actions to achieve set plans.Develop and formulate strategies and tactics to achieve Paper Business TargetEnsure Paper Business Target is regularly achieved.Develop and manage marketing programmes for the group products portfolio.Develop and update strategic marketing plans.Communicate, monitor the implementation and control marketing programmes.Analyze and interpret market activities, to make appropriate recommendations to management and take necessary actions.Maintain knowledge of competition, analyze competitive information and develop appropriate strategies.Develop and coordinate support activities including relationship with advertising agencies, research agencies and agents.Monitor and control sales trend in order to ensure attainment of sales target, profit and growth objectives of the Products.Ensure that the sales effort is aligned with and focused on core marketing strategies.
