Stresert Services Limited - Our client, a Health Organization which provides rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and disabilities, is recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Graduate Office Manager Job DescriptionFinance and Budgeting:Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of petty cashResponsible for making deposits in a timely mannerReconcile account informationUnderstanding the financial background of the officeOrdering Supplies:Ordering of office and medical supplies.Reorder of promotional materialsMaintenance of the Building:Organise routine and emergency maintanance repair of the building and equipment.Keep maintenance recordsMarketing:Occasionally engage in direct marketing for the practiceCustomer Service and Patient Affairs:Ensure that patients are well attended toOverseeing Patient affairsCreating policy and procedures that deal with patientScheduling of PatientsFulfilling Some parts of Human resource Role:Responsible for hiring, firing and training some of the staff. Cleaner / Security GuardsDelegate Responsibilities when necessaryBilling:Overseeing monthly billing and coding of patientsMaintain and organize all medical records.Generate Inventory records both for office supplies and sales itemsCommunication:Communicating between members both clinical and operationalProviding information to supervisors, therapists, co-workers and subordinates by telephone, email, in written form and in personOverseeing Clinical staff:Scheduling physiotherapy scheduleArranging coverage for staff during holiday
