stakeholders.To lead in the management of operations, people and assets in accordance with the business strategy.To provide best practice, cost effective property management services to clientsTo advise on and achieve the company’s vision and missionTo maintain Group’s core values at all timesStrategic Development:To advise in developing innovative strategic plans, objectives and priorities that reflect the vision, mission and values established by the boardMeet strategic and operational targets set by Group.Management:Act as a professional advisor to the Board on all aspects of the company’s activitiesIdentify, assess, and inform the Board on internal and external issues that affect the organizationRepresenting the company to major customers and professional associationsKeep up to date and organised records of all operations and the administration of company.Support the implementation of the corporate strategyReview and standardize processes and encourage continuous developmentDevelop and implement effective administration management systems & infrastructureManagement and efficient utilisation of the Company’s employees and assets (e.g. cars, printers, stationary etc)Manage relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, service providers and potential clients of the Company and provide professional service at all timesDevelop and embed a culture of customer focus to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service deliveryMaintain professional corporate imageOperations:Implement an operational plan in line with the strategic plan, objectives and priorities that is setEnsure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are understood and owned by all employees.Ensuring QSHE standards are set and met for all contracts and propertiesEnsure consistent high quality standards on properties managed by CompanyOptimise service delivery and client satisfaction in line with budgetEnsure strong and consistent communication channels with tenants and clientsEnsure strong client management in maintainedRegularly inspect properties and meet with tenants, landlords and clientsAdvise on and support the marketing strategy for meeting set targetsOversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the companyMonitor the delivery of the services of the company that is maintained in the short term and improved in the long termConsistently research and implement new technology and processes that will enhance efficiency, productivity and performancePromote and facilitate communication, synergies and team work between employeesMaintain strong network and communication with property management, marketing and services companiesCo-ordinate and delegate to team members to facilitate and ensure set targets are achievedEnsure that all policies, processes and procedures are adhered to at all timesEnsuring company records are abreast with accurate and current property and market information at all timesFinancial:Ensure rent and service charge is collected on time and structures are in place to manage tenants that defaultEnsure invoices are sent within agreed timeframe and follow-ups with clients.Put in place adequate financial control systems and implement financial controls and procedures that have been developed by Finance and Accounts departmentMonitor administrative overheads and Implement cost saving strategies to optimize budget performanceMinimize long and short term debtorsSubmit a comprehensive budget for the company’s operations and administration for approval by the boardMonitor the run rate of expenses and adherence to budgets for operations and administrationApprove expenditures within the authority delegated by the BoardEnsure that all payments are received as at when due.Human Resource Management:Design and implement a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting performance reviewsConduct employee appraisal exercisesCoach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performanceAdvise Human Resources on staff for disciplinary action when necessaryAdvise and support Human Resources in the recruitment of staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the company’s missionAdvise Human Resources on employee’s development which includes training and welfareOversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and practicesEnsure equity and fair treatment of all staff.Growth:Maintain and grow the core businessAdvise marketing team on efficient strategies for the marketing and promotion of the company, services and properties under company’s responsibilityMaintain current business and prospect for new business in current and new areasParticipate in fundraising activities as appropriateOther:Provide regular reports on areas of responsibility to the Board and other reports as requestedAny other duties as assigned by Board.
