Rescue Technologies Limited – Our Company is a foremost provider of technically enhanced Emergency and Medical services solutions.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: LagosDuties and ResponsibilitiesManagement:Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresManage financial outsourced functionsOversee the operations of treasury, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the set goals and objectivesFunds Management:Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investmentEnsure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirementsUse hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positionsMaintain banking relationshipsAssist in determining the company’s proper capital structureArrange for equity and debt financingInvest funds and ensure returnsRecommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flowsBudgeting:Manage the preparation of the company’s budgetReport to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variancesAssist management in the formulation of its overall strategic directionFinancial Analysis:Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the companyReview the performance of competitors and report on key issues to managementEngage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvementInterpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activitiesReview company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company outputParticipate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goalsAssist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricingCompile key business metrics and report on them to managementManage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysisCreate additional analyses and reports as requested by managementCritical Tasks:Ensure accurate and timely management of all functions noted aboveMaintain and update knowledge/skills relating to Admin functionsEnsure sensitivity and respect for the rights and privacy of patients, visitors and staffMaintain professional conduct in attitude and performance to ensure professional standards are maintainedProtect operations by keeping information confidential.Collaborate with internal departments to prepare and present findings.
