This will require a forensic approach to data, measurement, testing & reporting.The MissionBe part of the EMEA Events Centre of Excellence to build events as part of strategic integrated marketing programs to generate demand, leads and pipeline contribution utilizing the most leading and up to date event marketing techniques.Strategically plan, manage and execute or guide execution of measurable, integrated event marketing plansAlign event execution to the correct stage of the buying cycle and solution areas based on the persona with an emphasis on cross line of business synergiesAct as a key partner with the Field Marketing teams and event managers to create & drive opportunities that contribute to the overall success of the business.Monitor, analyse and report on performance of each event and communicate results and plan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and action timely if required.ResponsibilitiesPlans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetingsDevelops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associationsProvides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reportingActs as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
