Duties: – Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. – Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone. – Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company. – Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience. – Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. – Taking messages and giving feedbacks. – Accepting packages and liaising with visitors. – Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Requirements: – HND/BSc. in any discipline – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Bar/Lounge/Café – Must possess excellent IT skills and efficiently use a variety of software packages.
