Aquada Development Corporation operates an automated rice mill that produces whole grain rice and rice flour, a bakery (using local wholesome ingredients) and a variety of other processes and manufacturing concerns.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Customer Relation Representative/Front Desk officerCore ResponsibilitiesTo serve as the organization's first point of contact for visiting customers or clients.To provide customers with useful and insightful information about the company's products and services.To make or process payments for customers' desired services across various electronic payment platformsAnswer questions and address complaints of visitors or escalate the complaints to higher authority if the need arisesCarry out other office administrative tasks as directed by the management of the OrganizationGreet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner; document all visitors in log book and stay within the vicinity of the reception area at all timesMonitor the crowd at the receptionReceive and sorts incoming mailsMonitor and maintain office supplies such as stationeries etcEnsure office equipment is properly maintained and servicedKeep office environment clean and tidy alwaysPerform any related tasks as assigned and work with all the departments
