Provide effective value adding risk management in achieving the asset growth targets, while maintaining a quality lending book within the ambit of our policies and guidelines.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesLead the credit risk assessment and manage day-to-day operationsThink outside the box and create innovative credit evaluation processes and systemsIdentify and approve the small businesses that can best benefit from our servicesEvaluate clients for credit worthiness based our internal risk models & their application informationWeed out fraudulent applications, and unreliable applicantsCheck Facility Letters and Loan Agreements and scrutinize the signed documents to ensure the correctness of the contractsBuild relationships and communicate with similar businesses to ensure information and knowledge sharingContinuously ensure alignment/compliance to the credit risk management frameworkContinuously analyse and recommend improvement on credit risk management framework, processes and systems
