Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing essential HR, IT, Information Management, administrative and operational systems within a country to enablethe team to function smoothly and effectively. Ensure compliance with Christian Aid policies, procedures and standards especially in the areas of HR, IT, Information Management. Ensure accurate maintenance of data relating to office HR, IT administrationand operations including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and fulfilment of all Christian Aid procedural requirements. The position will proactively take responsibility for making things work, for example managing the relationship and performance of external suppliers, provide travel support as required to staff and visitors, provide Tier 1 HR, administrative and operation support and drive a learning culture within the country programme.About youThe ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration or Social Science and must have 3-5 year INGO working experience.He/she will have proven and demonstrable understanding/experience in Human Resources management, office management, operations and IT.He/she will also have strong skills in using spread sheets, intranet and word-processing.The post holder must have excellent English. Above all, he/she will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to listen, consult others and communicate proactively, and be able to build team spirit.He/she will have to work productively in a high pressure environment, respond to tight deadlines and multiple priorities, and have strong planning and organisation skills.Christian Aid values diversity and aspires to reflect this in our workforce.
