Pivotage Consulting- Our client, an award-winning brand and advertising agency, is currently seeking to employ candidates to join its team of vibrant and highly creative individuals to fill the position below:Job Title: Corporate Strategist and Planning ManagerLocation: Lagos Career: Mid/ Level ExpertJob DescriptionYour responsibilities will include the following:Reviewing business strategies and determining what element of that strategy should be shared with employees for awareness, understand the objectives and make them efficient in their daily work activities.Conducting market analysis to providing information about activities of competitors.Working closely with top Management to develop company business strategy plans.Regularly meeting with the CEO to update on business progress and offer suggestions on improvements.Efficiently managing the Corporate Strategy and Planning function within approved budget and resource allocation.Function as an internal Corporate Strategy consultant to all groups within the business.Developing an understanding of the client’s business environment and strategy.Collaborating with teammates to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.Overseeing audience research activities (in conjunction with client or 3rd party) research teams.Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps and opportunities in the marketplaceAssembling strategic insights into presentation materials for clients.Keeping abreast of emerging behaviours, technologies, and companies that are changing client’s businesses.Acting as an internal resource; championing content / storytelling / digital innovation whenever possible.Leading or collaborating client engagements on a day to day basis.Leading executive / expert interviews and client presentations.Selecting appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving client problems.Demonstrating domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, financial modelling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel and go-to-market models, customer / market research etc.Contributing to business development and thought leadership activities.
