An Enterprise Business Architect is responsible for 1 - 3 and supports 4 and 5.Analyze the business holistically to incorporate outside brands, services, and tools that drive growth and support initiatives and visionCollaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders to clarify key initiatives and strategies, determine impacted capabilities and processes, align with planned activities, and increase visibility and a shared understanding our strategic direction.Define, document, reconcile, and align capability model, process taxonomy, and connections among the components of our EA meta-model.Provide business and technology with viable options analysis for potential projects or strategic initiativesProvide process expertise and guidance across product areas and serve as a shared resource of process analysts to define and document processesThe Business Architect will work closely with the enterprise architect team at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives, and supporting business unit managers as they leverage business architecture artifacts to support business plans. The Business Architect may provide direct input into the governance cycle for the funding, oversight, and realization of business projects.
