Lorache Group - Our client, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) Conglomerate, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:Job Title: Call Centre ExecutiveLocation: LagosJob DescriptionWe are in need of an active and vibrant individual with good communication skill and exceptional unique attributes.ResponsibilitiesEnsure high level of Customer centric attitude to provide resolution to customer concernsEnsure that calls are answered within defined threshold of 20 secondsHandle Customers compliant, request and queries via inbound callsEmphasis on first level trouble shooting and concern redressalMaintain and build lasting customer relationships by ensuring concern attended are resolvedBuild customers’ interest in products and services for all queries been attendedValidate customers’ contact details and share update require with supervisorEnsure relevant communication, records and data are updated and recordedIdentifies and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate departmentPrepare daily activities reports and share with TL / Supervisor and HOD
