MXS Limited was set up to provide high quality, up to date training, team management and process improvement services for its clients.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Business Development Manager - Wireline Logging Location:  LagosReports to:  The Managing DirectorJob level: Middle/ Senior ManagementJob SummaryWe are presently looking for a candidate with a high level of technical expertise with Wireline Logging as well as Sales or Business Development experience to take on a fantastic opportunity with an Oilfield company located in Nigeria with its HQ in Lagos.Such candidate must have worked for large International service companies.Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, positioning and leading efforts to secure and grow Sales and Market share for our client.They will work closely with management & operations to give effective delivery of my client’s oilfield services.Job DimensionsKey leadership position in improving bottom line results of the company, and significantly expanding the Wireline Logging service offering.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.Identify account activity information and sales opportunities.Deliver service & Commercial proposals to the customer and close sales to increase market share and profitability.Establish strategy to effectively cover and support existing customers and to continue to increase customer portfolio and uncover new opportunities.Provide technical support and guidance to clients to help them select the appropriate technology to provide the desired results.Continually monitor market, competition and customer specific strategic and operational factors to ensure that current, reliable market intelligence is available to support business decisions.Meet or exceed Sales and Profitability targets for the account.Manage existing upstream sales team including the MiriDevelop client base for business in the exploration / development drilling and well intervention markets.Work with OEM partners to accomplish identified sales goalsIdentify & establish new clients/businessProvide Pre-Sales & After Sales support to clientsNegotiating tender and contract terms & conditionsReview cost & sales performancesWriting Sales & Marketing reports.
