The first CasaBella store opened in Lagos in 2010 and today, CasaBella Beauty is the fastest-growing retailer of beauty supplies in West Africa.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: LagosReport to the Head Business DevelopmentJob DescriptionDefine the strategic direction for the Business Development function which align with the overall strategic goals of  HealthPlusDefine long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditionsDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionSupport the implementation of exciting marketing strategies and promotions for HealthPlus LimitedResearch, develop, plan and implement existing, identified and potential identified opportunities for HealthPlus LimitedWork with the personnel of the business divisions to achieve organisational goalsIdentify new trends, new products, services, new channels of distribution for HealthPlus working in collaboration with all stakeholdersIdentify, initiate and develop networks and partnership opportunities for business growthNegotiate pricing and payment termsPerform business analysis and reporting to management for decision making purposesMonitor and analyse industry trends and market changesResearch competition to identify threats and opportunitiesApply in-depth knowledge of analytics, information management and business intelligence to evaluate new business development opportunities in order to determine commercial viabilityWork with the marketing and communications department to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives: website, mobile and social media marketingPerform business analysis and reporting to management for decision making purposes
