We’re now ready to expand the business in Nigeria through our proprietary direct sales field force with the target of becoming the world's largest rooftop solar energy distributor in the next 24 months.We are looking for a Senior Business Leader reporting directly into Global Sales Director for Direct PAYGO business in Nigeria. Nigeria is one of the key focus market for Greenlight Planet offering immense growth potential and long term business prospects.We are recruiting to fill the position of:Position: Area Sales Manager (PAYGO)Locations: Lagos, Port Harcourt, Edo or KanoReporting to: Regional Sales Manager (PAYGO)Key Responsibilities and RoleThe Area Sales Manager (PAYGO) will take full operational responsibility for all market-side functions of the direct sales business: setting up supply chain operations;Recruiting, training and leading Energy Officers in the territoryProspect & shortlist Area distributors for final selection interview by RSM or Sales HeadRecruit, train & develop team of 30 Energy officers in the designated Area HQ as per laid down guidelinesDaily monitoring and joint field work with Energy officers to ensure that 50% of EO’s are active dailyMeet weekly and monthly Sales targetsMonitor Energy officers to ensure they adhere to all post sales collection activities including client calls and client visitsThis position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager (PAYGO) and involves 15 - 20 days of travel per month.
