Job Summary:  The Area Sales Manager coordinates field sales operations of an assigned geographical area to grow the sales market shares.    Job holder will be responsible for overseeing the area sales, ensures daily/monthly/yearly volume target are promptly achieved. Job Holder implements the sales strategy/plans, optimizes sales policies and procedures, monitors the various demands and competitors’ activities and provides feedback to the Unit.Responsibilities and Duties:Monthly Sales Target & Distributors ManagementMaintains the existing customers and expands customerDistributors’  and  Transporters SupportInterface with the Distributors, Retailers and Consumers.Quarterly Surveys/ ReportsRegular Target AchievementDevelops strategies in keeping up to date with products and competitors.Compares month to month sales performance to bridge any identified sales gaps.
