Administrative Officer at International Development Association (IDA) – Federal Government of Nigeria

The Federal Government of Nigeria sought and obtained financial assistance from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group to support the implementation of the Community and Social Development Project (CSDP). The Project is aimed at reducing poverty by increasing access by the poor to improved social and natural resource infrastructure services on a sustainable manner throughout Nigeria. It also seeks to strengthen the capacity of the communities and Local Governments to adopt Community Driven Development (CDD) approach to address community level development challenges through the implementation of micro projects.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for management of all personnel matters such as training, annual leave, discipline, recruitment, welfare and general services;Serve secretary to all meetings of the FPSU including Management, General and Ad hoc committees;Responsible for supervising all Junior staff including clerical state drivers, cleaners, security and interns. NYSC among others;Responsible for ensuring appropriate record keeping, filing and documentation of all FPSU mails and correspondences;Manage office assets, including vehicles, generating plants, office premises. etc.Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, furniture and goods in the FPSU;Responsible for collection and processing of utility bills for the FPSU;Coordinate and collate monthly. quarterly and annual reports of FPSU activities; andAny other duties as may he assigned by the National Coordinator.
