We provide customized HR consulting solutions for employers  looking to reduce risks and overhead costs, so more time can be spent  on revenue generating activities.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: LagosJob DescriptionMaintaining a filing system for the office administration.Ensure that all documents leaving the company are properly registered in the appropriate files/folders (electronic and physical).Assisting with document preparationResponsible for mailing and distribution of documents.Making travel arrangements and airline bookings for the bossEnsuring that all office supplies are bought and are at adequate levels at all timesMust ensure that equipment are repaired on time at a minimal costMust carry out a market  survey of supplies used in the office from time to timeBe flexible to work in any department if the need arisesPerform other duties as Assigned.
