Pivotage Consulting - Our client, a reputable IT support company is looking to hire an experienced candidates who also have cognate experience in the IT industry for the position below:Job Title: Administrative ManagerRef Id: EG/1127/MAILocation: LagosType: Full TimeCareer: Mid/Level ExpertReports to: CEOSummary/ObjectiveThe Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the Company as well as lead a team to ensure that the company’s operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.The qualified candidate will also act as the point of contact for all employees and Clients.In addition to general administrative work, the Administrative Manager will be in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations for the use of executive management.Job ResponsibilitiesManaging the internal staff and external stakeholders.Supervising the operations of the office to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.Providing support in recruitment, evaluation and training of staff members.Taking charge of overseeing and maintaining a high level of customer service for external and internal customers.Implementing corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.Completing special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.Serving as the central point of reference for all staff, clients and CEO.Managing company facility/premises and provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment and approving invoices.Maintaining familiarity with organizational changes and business development.Represents the C.E.O at various business engagements and reports developments to the C.E.O.Managing key clients and makes additions to existing client base and ensures high standards of service delivery.Maintaining continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
